She Wanted To Be Your Shield

She was given and acquired things in this lifetime,

but more so, she was also deprived of things that really matter.


Thus, this made her a person with a lot of alter-egos.
But of all these portrayals and personality, there's one thing that she wanted to stick...

She wanted to be a shield.

A shield, not to protect her self but to protect her loved ones—to be able to shelter them from the harsh realities of the world.


She wants to be their bulwark from all the hatred and cruelties that no one really deserves.


She wants to safeguard and cover them from the dark shadow of sadness that could cause them miseries and depression.


She wants to be the armor that will hold them together so they can proudly conquer the world.

She was so used to external pain, she's okay with not being okay.

Because what only scares her is the thought that her loved ones will be helpless and that she won't be able to protect them.
