Red in traffic light

Rano just got a driver's license by bribing the police. When driving a car he is often ticketed by police. A frequent trough violation is when passing a traffic light. Every time he saw a red light he did not stop. He still drove. So that he often endanger himsef and other road users. Because so often ticketed Rano asked his brother.
"What's the problem so you are often ticketed to the traffic light?"
Rano was silent. His face looked embarrassed.
"I am embarrassed to say it."
"Why? You know the meaning of the color of the lamp
