5-minute-Freewrite : Follow

Hello Fellow Steemians! How's your day?
Here's my entry for @mariannewest Day 410 #5-minute-Freewrite, prompt : "follow" . You can check her Freewrite post here

Here it goes :

Follow.. follow.. follow.. when we say follow , we give obedience and respect as well. To follow is to listen to someone and not just by the ear but also by heart. I would like to take this freewrite into relation with my realization of all good things and results if we follow our dear parents. You know , following them has not always been what i am doing when i was younger ,i was stubborn sometimes and would like to do what i want to. But then again , when i became a parent as well,this role made me realize that all of my parents advice and rules are just all for me , that ifi followed almost all of what they've told me , probably there are things placed accordingly. But then again , it's never too late ,we always have time to show them that we really love them and that wewould like wowto follow their footsteps. Following parents had made me realize that they really want what's best for their kids and that all they wish is for us to have a brighter future.
