Selfie Gallery (from Freewrite Celebration Contest)
Ok, fellow frewriters! I'm out of the Selfie Freewrite Celebration Contest! I couldn't endure for 50 days, but it has been very funny! Here's a gallery with the selfies I took for the starting post + 12 days of participation.
I wouldn't do something so ridiculous with my face again for a long time, so if you want to blackmail me, this is the place and the moment in which you can find material!
Best wishes for the continuation of the contest, and I love you all!
Hi
I just read your freewrite interview, it was very entertaining.
You have a new fan. I also wanted to thank you for my childhood flashback with the monkey wedding suggestion.
Is that an Italian thing too? I knew this phrase from my mother who is originally from South Africa.
Thanks for creating a visual in my mind for one of my fantasy scenarios.
I would like to see Spongebob and Hello Kitty killed by Teletubbies in a feast of blood and guts, then Teletubbies being suffocated to death by eating too many Peppa Pig relatives.
There is a show called The little Kingdom elves and fairies (which has an annoying Nanny fairy who also does the voice of the over achieving rabbit in Pepper pig ), who I would gladly add to the brawl, along with the entire cast of an Australian wiggles wannabe music show - La-las big loud band (Particularly La-la herself I often imagine assaulting her ) Because I am good too.
I'm not so sure about Spongebob Squarepants, but I would sacrifice him if it was a guaranteed end to Hello Kitty.
Thank you! You're so kind!
Monkey wedding isn't an Italian thing, I only searched for an English expression that sounded funny and had a hidden meaning... furthermore rain and sun together is a type of weather I really love, so I had to suggest it.
And for my black humor... well, it's a fundamental part of me :)
I know Marco very well and his black humor plus his capability to play with words makes you never bored when you're with him. I know nothing about monkey wedding, in fact. Having to write in English as a foreign is always a pain in the ass since you have to strive to create the same humor that you have in your native language. Probably that's the most difficult part, adding those thousand of nuances. I see that Marco managed to succeed in this too.. keep it up my friend!
P.s.: nella foto con dietro i faldoni dello studio sembri Checco Zalone XD
Ahimè, io condivido una certa somiglianza fisica con l'ottimo Luca Medici, alias Checco Zalone. Me lo hanno detto ormai in parecchi. Devo convivere con questo fatto
Dai sei meglio.. ;-P Direi che era più la smorfia che i tuoi tratti!
