Let's start this healthy list with civilise the juice of fruits and vegetables. Creative juice has a fresh taste and a little sour, suited to whet your semangatmu every morning. The following presented details of the recipe.

Materials:

2 cup coconut water or about 480 ml.
2 fruit lemon, squeezed water.
2 pieces of carrot.
2 apples, cored and the core.
2 bits.
1 cup or about 130 grams of ice cubes.
How to make:

Clean carrots, apples and fruit bits and then cut into pieces. However, do not cut too small because it will affect the final result, especially if you use the juicer.
Combine all ingredients into a blender or juicer. If you use a juicer, enter the material cut per piece.
Serve into cups and Breakfast Zinger Juice ready served!
