Let's Go and Have Some Beans🙋💞

Hello foodies! All types of beans are rich source of proteins and are often a substitute to meat.
Today I had here my Red Kidney Beans dish, seasoned with natural spices such as coriander, turmeric, garam masala and chili powders.

Red Kidney beans are not only a source of protein but also a packed iron, folate and essential vitamins.

Definitely my kind of meal, just in the future try three different photos..........these are pretty much all the same.
