Fruits and veggies monday. Ready for grand opening

So we are getting ready to open here in the QC. Our menu will be only a few small plates. But all are using local farmers and in season veggies. Our craft cocktails are using more than just lemons, limes and oranges. We have apricots, pears, peaches, pineapples and ohh so much more.

All this produce for our raw spring rolls
Much of it will be going into our flat breads and charcuterie plates. But the fruit and avacado will be split between the sushi and bar.

It may just be produce. But its no longer from sysco. Its all fair trade or local. And its been a 4 month venture to make it to opening. So no recipe today, just all this wonderful produce that will soon be making folks weekends better.
