Another round of well wishes going out to you all as we have made it once again to the middle of the week! It was another wonderful round of #fruitsandveggiesmonday, so we can celebrate with all of the delicious entries you all shared. Plenty of yummy dishes to keep us full and happy. I thought my week would be a bit lighter than the last, but I took on quite the doozy of a work project that is keeping me quite busy. Thus all of the plant-based fuel from our communal table was much appreciated! Thank you once again to Lena for doing the hard part of judging and awarding all of those entries with the titles they deserve.
