Earth Rangers who are ecoFashion Designers | The Greens’ @ecodesigns
Today, we bring you 03 Video Interviews of some of our Earth Rangers who are ecoFashion Designs and currently learning textile recycling and fashion designing at @ecodesigns.
@ecoDesigns is a textile recycling and fashion designing hub of The Greens(@thegreens) that trains young girls for free in fashion designing and textile recycling.
It’s a branch of The Greens’ Waste Business Hub, a startup incubator that aims at freely training young and underprivileged youths to exploit the business opportunities available in the domain of waste, hence nurture a generation of Waste Business Entrepreneurs (Wastepreneurs).
EcoDesigns currently has 02 Training Directors and more than 11 female trainees who are learning fashion designing, embroidery and zigzagging as well as how to transform textile trash into textile treasure.

The Greens is a grassroots environmental organization that strives to educate, inspire and engage young people to take action to combat climate change and be at the forefront of biodiversity conservation and waste management.
Founded in 2010, @thegreens have been able to use arts, sports, media and ICT to educate and engage more than 10,000 young people in Green Poetry, Green Music, Green Arts, Green Radio, and Conservation Champions League.
@thegreens have created 04 Community Tree Nurseries, planted more than 200,000 trees and is currently engaged in the Conservation of the Bamenda Highlands Forests.
@thegreens is currently engaged in Waste Management (Waste Business Hub); Plastic Waste Upcycling, Tire Upcycling and Textile Waste Recycling via @ecodesigns
