Almost halfway there! Spunkee Monkee update!
WOW. Wow. wow.
On the outside, I think it looks very simple. Monkee families work together to complete tasks throughout the day, and then post about their day at night.
We award points and comment. They use their points to dig for treasure. We award.
But what you don't see is what goes on behind the scenes!
Here is just a partial glimpse of some of the manual things that the Monkee Pals and I make happen!
- Keeping up with meaningful comments that make an impact on the Monkee/Monkeefam!
- Tracking the Monkee digs
- Touching base with the Monkeepals regularly to make sure everything is AOK with their team
- Dressing Monkees with items "dug up" as treasure
- Updating individual Monkee closets
- Awarding prizes and recording on our shared database
- Evaluating posts, Calculating records and subtracting/adding points - recording on a shared database
- Compiling our new Monkee Tale submissions and overseeing the voting, adding new spins to the tale with the help of the Monkees
- Trying to keep all the Monkee Moms updated in the room, addressing issues, helping give ideas, motivate and encourage.
- This week, also adding in the ability for the kids to sell or trade their items.
It has been an amazing experience so far. The changes implemented from the Alpha to the Beta have been received well and we're looking forward to seeing some of the newer changes coming up! This is just a basic update on the background stuff, but I'm looking forward to updates this week on Monkees, MonkeeMoms, and MonkeePals! Some exciting things have been encouraging me to see how successful this can be on a global scale! Looking forward to sharing it with you!

PurpleMaze has already formed a number of good habits, effortlessly, where before they just weren’t sticking! The stick just didn’t do it! 😂
