Goals: Making Steem Onboarding the Tool the Steem Blockchain deserves

The team on Steem Onboarding will deliver the best marketing tool for the Steem Blockchain within our possibilities. The more funding, the more empowered and able we will be to deliver a better Onboarding experience for everyone around the world. Our team is not Crypto rich, @anomadsoul and @coruscate are not crypto whales nor fiat rich. This is the main reason why we are reaching out to the community.
Among some of our expenses - some of them already covered out of our own pocket - We need funding to pay for:

All these videos will be available in ten languages first, and then we will roll out ten more. | $2,500 |

These are approximate figures and they could change as the project develops, but we got estimates by speaking with the people who will be handling every part of the project.
To show everyone we are committed to the project - aside from @anomadsoul and @coruscate being trustworthy and heavily community focused Steemians - we also invested 10k Steem into the @steemonboarding account to support the newly onboarded Steemians.
The total amount is enough to get us fully operational and ready to Onboard hundreds if not thousands of Steemians daily.

For the early access to the Beta Version Website a lot of feedback will be needed from you so, if you want, you will be part of our first wave of “testers”.
For the Steem Fest 4 Ticket raffle: We will only issue 100 Raffle tickets, this means that your donation gets you a fixed probability of winning the ticket. We won´t give out more than 100 Raffle tickets during our fundition campaign.

This is the best idea ever! I’m excited for this project, @anomadsoul. This will help to grow the number of Steemians who are active and invested for the long term.
Will there be any aspect of the project devoted to helping current Steemians to learn more? The reason I ask is because I’ve been on the platform for a year and a half, and I still feel like there is so much more to learn. And I know I’m not alone. I think a lot of people would love to do kind of a remedial class so they do more of the smart things and less of the dumb things. 😊
Hey! This is something definitely worth exploring! We have a few ideas in mind for when we finish the first step of the project. All the ideas we wrote on the announcement and that we've made public so far, are part of the short term plan, but we have a middle and long term plan.
Perhaps this idea could be developed after we finish this first step, and maybe you'd like to get involved with that development :)
I would love to get involved if time allows! I can’t wait until the value of Steem skyrockets again. I will become a full time Steemian and just help you guys with steemonboarding!

so you don't want delegation you want actual fiat ?
Delegation helps us support the newly Onboarded people, the fundition funds and donations will help us finance the 16 person team (to be grown to 30 people after beta), web servers and development. The delegation won't be used to fund the project but to support the new users.

This is very cool and I like that you presented your budget. That is very transparent of you and I really appreciate that. These days there is a lot of secrecy with projects in all markets and it is refreshing to see one that isn't trying to hide anything. I think this is a great initiative that you guys are working on.
