Archisteem & Fundition Collaboration

Today, I would like to give a shout out to @fundition for helping @archisteem to crowdfund for the project, 1001 Places to Remember. It has been nearly 2 months since our team started to use the platform as the main funding source to boost our project pace. From time to time, we even get our project featured in their Education column which is totally awesome to us!

To be honest, we are lucky to be supported by them as well as other parties like @creativecrypto, @sndbox, @hendrikdegrote, @tombstone, @kevinwong, @doctorworm and more! The list of backers we had so far is a total of 270 backers! Super awesome to have this data analyzed for us so that we could put all the names into our publication as well.

@fundition itself is a one of its kind crowdfunding and collaboration platform that exists on Steem blockchain. So far, it has helped 13 projects to complete their funding which are fascinating to me as I know very well that crowdfunding is not an easy thing to do especially for a relatively small and new initiative like @archisteem. Albeit the worry, the team decided to give it a try on the platform to see whether we could gain any support. Surprisingly, after posting our first introduction of the project on @fundition, we get the support vote from @fundition after like a few days.

So you will be getting a comment like this if @fundition supported your project.

We were overwhelmed with joy as we have less worry about the funding and able to focus more on recruiting and curate more stories for the project.

@fundition is unique in a way that it does not requires any management fees like other crowdfuding platform like Indiegogo, Kickstarter, and Crowdfunding.com. Most of the time, the fees are used for managing the projects’ finance and marketing. The platform also does not requires any fees from the backers too! Of course, this only can be made possible by existing on Steem blockchain with the upvote feature whereby the @fundition team get paid via upvoting their administrative members which are made publicly.

So far, the project of @archisteem has accumulated $490.93 in total funding. It has now achieved 37% completion from the total $1,300 fund that we aimed to collect. The project is expected to complete by end of December which we still have time to keep our project moving to acquire more funding from the supportive backers we have. Truly grateful about it!

From this table, you can see our top backers and the value that they had contributed so far since we last launched on @fundition two months ago. The amount is big to us and we would definitely want to thank @fundition for that. We also set @fundition as the beneficiary of the project crowdfunding with 1% of the fund contributed back to them. Without their support, I think we will have even harder time ahead to search for funding.

Again, a big hug to @fundition for helping our project to grow and making impact to the Steemit community. To anyone out there who are interested to get their project up for crowdfunding, @fundition can be a transparent platform to be on to get funded!
