The Importance of Support from All Parties to Support the Sustainability of the Organization

Higher education as one of the means to organize Scouting Education requires many factors that can support the sustainability of the organization well. Some of these supporting factors include the interests and good quality of the head and lecturers, the active role of members of the organization, the active role of the Quartier Council and the Education Supervision Team and the active role of the community in this region. Besides the need to support all aspects of formal education that is not limited to providing knowledge and expertise to their children in campus. In addition it is also necessary to foster non-formal education such as scouting education to instill noble character, norms and ideals.

The biggest hope of Scouting Education is to want to realize the nation's generation of morality and character. We need to think about how to realize these expectations, because that is the most important. The position and function of an organization in the structure of human life is very important and fundamental. The organization is essentially a forum for the formation of each of its members, especially the younger generation who are still very important to get guidance from various elements of society. Therefore, scouting education takes one part to answer the above problems by providing a place for character education for young people.

To realize all the great expectations of the scouting education organization, synergy from all elements of society is needed. In coaching, these hopes can be realized slowly through providing motivation and inspiration for all members involved in scouting education. Motivation can be interpreted as a driving force within a person to carry out certain activities for the achievement of a goal. In other words motivation can also be interpreted as one of the psychological conditions that encourage someone to do something. In terms of organization, motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within the participants which has the effect of giving rise to, guaranteeing goals or expectations. Because in essence the organization is a gathering place for people who work together to achieve certain goals.

Moving on from the above fundamentals, indeed all the most important elements in higher education institutions should pay attention to the development and progress of scouting education. In the course of its history, scouting education in each unit / region is of course always finding obstacles and obstacles as well as scouting education in our unit, Lhokseumwe city area. However, this does not fade our enthusiasm to continue to contribute, both to the community and to the region and country. The presence of the scout education officials at this meeting has contributed a lot and is quite good support for the gradual development of scouting education.

In developing the management body, we hope that the regeneration process in the scouting body will occur in our unit by placing young administrators in the management structure. Scouting education as a non-formal educational institution has an ideal education pattern so that it can move for the interests and development of the Indonesian nation. To achieve this goal, efforts are needed to increase the awareness of all parties so that they can uphold a sense of unity and brotherhood and can be critical and constructive for mutual progress.

From this meeting we hope that the officials and all elements who have responsibilities in scouting education will provide full support to all positive aspects that can support the development of scouting education. We all need to realize how important it is to contribute to the formation of the character of the younger generation, especially the pattern of character education carried out through scouting education organizations.

In addition to providing motivation, support can also be provided in the form of allocating funds and supporting facilities. In addition, it also needs tools to support scout activities. This equipment can be met gradually and adjusted to the needs. Because these needs will take turns with the progress of the times, methods, and patterns of developing scouting education. In organizing scouting education we also need materials for scouting education that is true and standard in accordance with the basic values and norms of scouting education itself.

For this reason, we will coordinate all parties to participate and support the development of scouting education. Another effort we need to do is to make modern scouting education activities liked by many people. This effort will soon be realized by growing members' awareness to be more sensitive in utilizing existing technology. We are also grateful for the support of all elements who have supported us to take part in the national event in 2018.
