#FungiFriday fun challenge
Hola, amigos! Happy Fungie Friday to you!
hi-res

A very good and hideous mushroom for you today: Cantharellus cibarius). In russian we name these 'lisichki' ('лисички'). I harvested these at the countryside at Pskovskaya oblast, near Sebezh back in 2014 (yes, I continue digging for shrooms in my folders!). This shroom often appears in large families... its not rare at all, but quite hard to find. It is a very tasty shroom, especially when being fried. And it is completely devoid of worms problems: the worms do not approach it, thus mushrooms stand safely til they become dry. But of course it is better to collect them young - tastes much better then.
PS. the package used as a container for shrooms, had some Latvijan ice-cream in its past life. It is a precious memory! And a great retro design. I still keep it somewhere. This ice-creem simply made our summer holidays... needless to say it was very good... and it cannot be obtained in Russian stores -- but it was available there, at Sebezh, cause its located close to Latvija.

I hope many of you will join as there are only 2 simple rules:
- when Friday comes, share your fungi with us! post your own, original photo/drawing/art/food/anything-at-all of any type of fungi (yes, stolen images will be checked and reported !)
- add #fungifriday (not necessarily must be your 1st tag). that's all!
