Hi Everyone welcome to TRUTH OR DARE. Well yeah it's vacation time and if you live in a northern climate then you would want to definitely take advantage of our abnormally warm weather. My self i tried to do a little camping in the great outdoors. Taking a trip into the mountains finding a nice spot for the night. It was great the sunshine was bright a little too much as if the city wasn't hot really didn't expect it to be that hot but hey go with it right. Started with a little sweating because of the work setting up the tent and the relentless heat just seemed to get heavy then the bugs came out well yeah forgot about those little black fly little cannibals. This year seems exceptionally hot even the bugs look bigger that bird was actually a bee LOL:) After settling in took a few minutes to go for a nature walk thank the heavens there are people down the road and a snack bar cause if i see a bear i'm outta here right! Nothing like being under the stars miles away from the city where you can actually see the stars in the sky this is why i came here just a fantastic view, in the city there is light everywhere you have to drive fifty miles just to get away from it. next day to the beach and a repeat of the night sky i felt like i was back in tune with the universe. personally i went outdoors to face the great outside for one day ... 10 days street festival in gent (city) where you get all kinds of street art and at night ... well ...
about the most i could manage, but as usual Murphy on my heels ... the vending machine at the train station doesnt accept coins anymore and all i had was a €50 bill ... theres no trains on weekends and for a long time no one working there to sell tickets either ... so i had to ASK someone to wire me €10 for the train ticket (yea ...) so i could pay with my debet card
i might as well have paid with bitcoin during network overload, it took four hours lol (well actually BTC doesnt take that long ever in my experience unless you get sites that want six confirmations or something)
so don't mind my pretty voice ... i spent four hours walking to and fro the station and the cigarette store where a pretty girl with a flashing smile happily sold me cans of beer

so by the time i got there i was
let's say in the mood already but i found these mexican kids, coming out of nowhere with a heap of trash, plastic buckets and what not, dishing out an awesome performance, i dont know what to call it ... favela music ?
but thats exactly why i wanted to go the afternoon, its all street theatre and performances from people who know it and come from pretty far places, was hoping to run into @thetroublenotes but there was this stand and this music, and then on the main stage a band from columbia started so i just spent there all day, its the epi-center of the city anyway, by night too
that was the vacation, other than that i have spent a lot of time inside the cables exploring new worlds :p
i'd mute my voice but then id have to mute the music hahah, slightly embarassing after the fact , good thing i'm hard to embarrass
i yi yi arrriba cool street artists ... at least someones is making money, i think saw those guys here too they get around they save costs cause they don't have to transport equipment lol :) in the city here it's pandemonium so many new people from everywhere it's nuts, but it's okay we have winter :)) ...
O M G I HAVE COMMENTS ... ever since the girl said i was in the top 100 the comments dumped to zero, like some competitive psychopath was lobbying overnight ... more time, but also more lazy, i lose drive like that, not that i give a fruck about what list i'm on or would try less or harder to stay there or climb

yeah and i'm still not sure why. logically you can improve or make anything better by ((Adding)) what i call good content in the form of creative responses it's really quite entertaining, you have to admit reading my buddy's i love fish story so funny. i think they have no idea or formal knowledge themselves what to expect as entertainment okay it's entertainment/participation/lottery/moneygrab lol :) but you know after 7 days no matter how funny or entertaining the rewards end not like a book on amazon that i can sell a million times now and literally forever, so anyways i love Steemit but it seems these limitations are not visible to others. That limitation is in part why the motivation to achieve the most rewards as possible cause your post only goes around once and then it's history.

I'm so VERY happy to hear that you had a camping trip and you were back in tune with the universe! Nature is so priceless. I also love camping. I have not been on a true vacation as of yet. My Aunt and Uncle have a cottage by the beach. That is my little getaway. I have to plan a camping trip. I didn't want to impose and ask you to make another out of this world TRUTH OR DARE. Yup. I went to Kuching, Sarawak earlier this year. There was a Digimon open battle tournament while I was staying there. It was memorable because I became first runner up in the tournament. :)
hello @darsico, I congratulate you for having enjoyed your well-deserved vacation and having done it in the camp.
I want to take a week off to share my school holidays with my son. I hope the steem increases a little, to make a small change and go to the beach.
I am going on a vacation in 10 days!
As of now no plan for vacation.
No such luck mate, hopefully at the end of the year to take a short break.
yeah i know, sometimes it's just not in the cards but things change you never know :)
