My Problem With: European Attitude #2

This is a series of posts about things that i have a problem with. It's mostly everyday things and don't merge with politics and stuff. Also i try to maintain a mixture of irony,fun and truth in order to show what the actual problem is and ofc for everyone that reads it to have a little bit of fun doing so.

The Problem
I like travelling a lot and i think a person that has visited a bunch of countries can have a better perspective of how things are as well as a better understanding about some cultural differences. At the same time anyone can actually realize that most of the people around the world want the same things and that we are not that different after all.
I have been in a couple of European Countries and i have witnessed a strange attitude coming from most of them. I should say beforehand that i am not talking about every single country in Europe nor i have something against Europe ( nah i don't wanna bomb them), i am a European too!
So in a couple of countries its people are a bit cold towards tourists. They look you like you are a scam or something and even if you ask them for help (directions etc etc) they don't seem so willing, it's more like you are a nuisance at that time.
Asking for directions? In a foreign country? The Natives? Omg guys look at how many sins you committed! You deserve hell
Aside from that the bigger issue for me is the language. I get it that they can't speak my language and i have no demands to that but they don't speak English either. I should probably say that clearer:
THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU ENGLISH
They know the language, they understand perfectly what the tourists say to them but they keep insisting on replying to their language. How are we suppose to understand? In their minds it's like their language is the best, we came at their country so we are obliged to know what they are saying.
Hurry up get on your knees apologize to their Majesty, kiss their feet and apologize for not knowing their language
Ofc that don't work vice-versa, when they are on another country for tourism they just speak to English. The saddest part is stores or restaurants were basically you give them your money for their service and they keep talking in their mother language. How am i suppose to order when i can't understand shit?
Quickly go turn yourselves in for the crime that you committed!

hahaha thanks a lot! sorry for the delay in replying back and in general for not being so active. i am for vacation in my village in where i have no internet and i "borrow" a laptop from a little cousin :P In a couple of days he will leave so till the end of summer you won't hear a lot from me!

Come to Portugal, especially Algarve, you will have 0 of these problems! Most people see Algarve has an english colony already, we even joke about it, we always reply to foreigners and we are actually happy that tourists come to our country because we need the tourism to survive, the only reason Portugal isn't worse is because of the tourism we get!
haha the same applies for Greece. If we had no tourists it will be the end. I haven't been in Portugal yet and is in my bucket list so when i come i'll let you know!
το χειροτερο απ'ολα...να εισαι Ισπανια...να χανεις την πτηση σου...και η κ@ριολ@ η Ισπανιδα η γ@μωκομπλεξικια στον παγκο των αποσκευων να επιμενει να σου μιλαει Ισπανικα....και οταν αρχιζεις να κατεβαζεις Θεους και δαιμονες ως δια μαγειας ξεκιναει να σου μιλαει αγγλικα fluently!!!!..... καλημερα!!!
Σκέψου ότι έχεις πληρώσει και τα τέλη αεροδρομίου οπότε μη σου πω ότι είναι υποχρεωμένοι να έχουν και κάποιο να μιλάει στη γλώσσα σου.
απαραδεκτοι οι Ισπανοι...αν αρχισεις παντως να κλωτσας οτι βρεις μπροστα σου να ξερετε οτι μπορουν να σου μιλησουν ο,τι γλωσσα θελεις και κινεζικα ακομα

και εγω δν ειπα χωρες στο post για να μν μαζευτει κανας ψυχακιας κ αρχιζει κ πεταει το μπαλακι του ρατσισμου, αλλα το μεγαλυτερο θεμα ισπανια το ειχα. Πηγαινα σε μαγαζια να αγορασω souvenir σε full κεντρικο δρομο στην βαρκελωνη κ να τους ρωτας απλες ερωτησεις, να καταλαβαινουν τι λες κ να σ απαντανε ισπανικα.
Κ μιλαμε για απλες ερωτησεις τυπου, που εχετε αυτο, που ανετα μπορουσαν να σηκωσουν το χερι κ να μ δειξουν ειναι εκει χωρις καν να πουν λεξη. Πας να παρεις παγωτο του λες 2 μπαλες σου βαζει, κ σου λεει στα ισπανικα θες σιροπι? αντε καταλαβε το κ ειναι τοσο κομπλεξικος π δν σου δειχνει το σιροπι να καταλαβεις τι εννοει απλα σου μιλαει στην γλωσσα του

ναι το πιασα για αυτο λεω αυτο με το υφακι π εχουν, κολλαει στην ειρωνια περι πολιτισμου (γραπτος λογος τι να κανεις :p )
