MemeLogic - Last Week In the News
Just What Happened?
When you break down what has happened into it's most basic form, in this case a meme, it really illustrates some basic logic we sometimes miss in the complexity of the situation.
What is also does really well is point out the humor on a subject that seems to take up so much air time on mainstream media, the false outrage will receive hours and hours of discussions with panels of experts telling us just out serious this new issue is. What we are basically left with is the media turning a simple news story into this massive world ending event, and they do this day after day, because that is how you get people tuning in to see. I think Trump has probably be the best thing to ever happen to these companies, every single tweet has a 24 news cycle accompanying it. The amount of free publicity that the current president gets is just unimaginable, and all he has to do is phrase it in such a way to promote outrage. If you think about it, it's pretty genius of him.
"The second you think that all your good fortune is a product of your virtue, you become highly judgmental, lacking empathy, totally without self-awareness, arrogant, stupid - I mean, all the stuff that our ruling class is." - Tucker Carlson
Something I would love to see one day is politicians being honest about their positions, or at least hold themselves to the same standards they would like to impose on others. I have a better chance of wish for a time traveling Delorean than ever getting that out of the ruling class.
I think the meme of the week has to go the the triggered lady who seems to be very upset that the female extra in the new Jurassic Park, does not get paid the same as the lead actor. It's almost too stupid a tweet to even comment on, but this points out something pretty noteworthy, that those who are making the biggest noise at times aren't the smartest of people.
"Rather than dividing the world between good and evil, the Left divided the world in terms of economics. Economic classes, not moral values, explained human behavior. Therefore, to cite a common example, poverty, not one's moral value system, or lack of it, caused crime." - Dennis Prager
You're either laughing or you're learning.

I suppose this is a bad question, but wasn't Chris Pratt paid 10million more than the guy beside the woman with the arrow, too?
Good stuff Mork. Thank you.
