Aaaand It's Back

Back in the news, yes you guessed it socialism!

I think the best analogy for it would be Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars, somehow he has convinced the entire Galactic Empire that he is good and they believe him. The truth is that he is blowing up places like Alderaa and is actually a dark lord of the Sith and the most evil person in the galaxy. That pretty much socialism, all it has ever done was bring death to masses of people, but for some reason they love to forget. I have thought about this for quiet some time, and I I wondering could it be that the word social confuses people? Maybe it is the idea of everyone being equal that really appeals to people, and they don't really care how we get there. I think it comes down to cognitive dissonance, everyone loves the idea of sharing so much and thinks only of the best in people, so therefor the completely ignore the historical truth that it has never worked?

There's that old proverb, "those who fail to remember their past are doomed to repeat it" and it could not be more true when it comes to socialism. The best way to refute the idea is pretty simple, you do it with 10 or 20 of your friends and let me know in 3 months time how that works out for you. It will never happen, ever. It's one of those things where those who advocate for it want all those who are wealthy to do it but never themselves, it's basically hypocrisy. The only way socialism can ever be achieved is with the power of the state,and though the use of force. The biggest enemy of socialism is inevitably free will, the one thing not eve the all might will deny you.
