It is really original!!!
I used DreamScene and a youtube zombie video (video must be wmv) so I got it for free, but also I think there is a paid version on steam easy to find.

Just install DreamScene and you will be able to set almost any wmv video as wallpaper as you would do with any picture with right click and set desktop wallpaper ; )
