As the name suggests, Koreans love this dish, but be forewarned that hot means HOT in two different ways. It is hot to the temperature (served boiling) and spicy hot so be sure to have plenty of cold fluids to keep your composure. If you wear eye glasses, they will be certain to fog up significantly, but that is part of the experience!
