You Make Me Feel Butter

Just went back from my grocery shopping at Chua Kah Seng (CKS), Menggatal earlier.
CKS had their Mother’s Day Special sale and one item that caught our (me and my sister-in-law) attention is the Anchor Unsalted/Salted butter.

Since my sister-in-law loves to bake and I love to help her (they called me the little helper 😂), this great deal is a must-to-grab. However, there is a catch. One person and must a member is only allowed to purchase two pats of butter.
And since today is the last day, we figure out that we need at least more than four butters (two persons with two butters each).
And this is where it started.
We’ve tried to ‘smuggle’ eight pats of butter without being caught at the counter. So what we did was, we tried to pay separately two butters each at two different counters. Since I am the only one who had the membership card, I go first. After the cashier punched in the sales, I quickly passed my membership card to my sister-in-law so that she can proceed to another counter and pay the other two. And when she succeeded, we took our cart, which we parked somewhere near the frozen area and split our things and went to two different counters with the remaining butters.

It was almost closing hour, so most of the counter is already closed and there only four counters are still open.
You know when there are rules that you must obey and yet you are still being pig-headed, it feels like we just commit a serious crime inside a grocery store. Afraid that we might get caught, we started to pray, hoping that nothing will happen.
Thankfully, we both manage to sneak out eight pats of unsalted butter tonight. As soon we reached at the car park and load the groceries inside the car trunk, we laughed so hard knowing that we are going to do it again in the future.
Perhaps that's the typical way how people start before they get into a bank robbery. LOL 😆😆

I think praying not to get caught will get you caught in the future, because you are doing something wrong. lol But if God wants you to have the butter, who can stop you???
Haha, it's funny though when I think about it. We did pay for the butters, but why we felt we did something wrong? It's not like we steal 'em.
Since it was already closing time and nobody else is buying em. Just buy em all!
