Dear All Steemians.....
A bad past is not a reason for you to be unhappy to live your days now, traumatized, disappointed, and sad because you have been cheated is not the reason for you not being able to return to normal life.

In the beginning it might have felt very difficult, but God has given you a chance to fight to this day. So why is it still sad?

The past should not be contemplated, but let go sincerely. Because how you will rise from your downturn, if you always contemplate your past and continue to be sad.

Remember, you still have a future that you must focus on to improve. So what you should remember is your future, not your past.

Because your past will not be the future, so just throw a pang in the chest so you can calm down quickly.

Don't play with bad memories, throw away all the memories in the past that you think are bad, because your happiness is confiscated because you keep the memories intentionally.

Try it, you are softer to open your mind, return to content with positive things, waste regret and hatred, then you will surely feel happiness.

Therefore, do not always be sad about the past. Be sincere, so you can continue your life again without a burden.

And if it is difficult, it all depends only on how strong you are against your weakness, because you will get your calm again if you persist in fighting.

Then remember again, you will feel your peace again, when you really try to get rid of those bad memories.

Because no matter how hard memories that torment the mind will disappear slowly even perfectly, if you are alone there is always an effort to escape those memories sincerely.

And know, your happiness in the future depends only on how wisely you release sadness and bad memories in your past.

So, if you feel your life is not only calm, weak with hatred when remembering past events, that means you have not really made an effort to let go of all with sincerity.
