Be Adaptable!! The Best Way to Succeed in Life

It's monday.. and you know what that means!! Tons of motivation. All over social media. It's the trendiest trend it seems. I love it, to be honest. Motivation can be a great thing, but only if we match our actions to the motivation that we siphon from social media posts.

If we don't take action, then we're just injecting motivation. Almost like a drug - it gives you a short-term high but it will never last. You have to take action if you want to STAY motivated.

One of the most underrated things in our culture today is the idea of being able to adapt to any situation.

It's slowly becoming (and maybe it already has become) the most important factor to success.

Whenever I look at anyone successful, I can see the way that they adapted their way to that success. I can see the path they took. They tried A and when A didn't work, they tried B.

They continued to try different strategies... working their whole way through the entire alphabet and they even started back at A again several times over.

They key to succeeding - however you may define success in your life - is to focus on the ways in which you can adapt your way to success.

If you continue to look for external excuses for why you're not succeeding, then you're the one who's putting on the finishing touches.

You're the one who's putting on the finishing touches of your success. Basically putting a lock around your future growth and saying that it will never happen.

You'll never succeed if you believe that external circumstances dominate your life. You'll never see the path clearly and you'll never realize that you need to adapt to what life throws at you.

The circumstances will always be in a state of flux. Our reactions to them are what dictate our future success.
