Thursday Throwback to My Childhood Favorite!

One of my favorite foods when I was a kid were pizza bagels. I decided to do a little Thursday throwback today and make a pizza bagel...

But this is no ordinary pizza bagel!!

I've gotten a little fancier since I've grown into an adult, so instead of a bagel, I used focaccia bread!

I also used to just use those pre-packed cheddar slices of cheese...

Not anymore, my friends!!

I used shredded mozzarella for these puppies!
