ONECENT Daily Report - Profits Update & Free Upvote - Day 57 of 200
Firstly, the numbers: our total value is currently about 1632 STEEM (+3 STEEM), including 536 STEEM within Steem Engine and a total of 15203 tokens in play. This gives ONECENT an ABV of about 10.73 STEEM cents (0.1073 STEEM), slightly up on yesterday.
I suspect the next 2 days will see very little price movement as we shall suffer the after-effects of the blockchain being offline for 48 hours.
Although we don't publish weekly accounts - we have daily updates instead - I recalculate our token holdings only twice a week. Most of our tribe tokens have grown organically from upvoting and posting and we really only stake them so that our outgoing upvotes may help those who publish in such tribe websites. So although they do form part of our fund they have not really been bought for investment purposes.
Which is just as well, as I don't see any of them holding on to any price support level for very long. I don't say this with any joy, as a lot of activity and engagement take place within these communities, but they really need a long hard rethink of their economic models.
Anyway, as mentioned before, the income coming in from rewards and powering down will go largely into MAPX (for votes) and MAPR (for income). If anybody has any tokens they would like to suggest, then feel free to make a comment.
