WORLDS | Day 6 Play-in Recap | Knock-Out Stage
We got to day 6 which is the final one in the Play-In stage, the last 4 teams to duke it out in two matches were the UE former champions G2 vs the LAN current champions and later that day we got the match between (my hope for 2018 dino skins) GRX vs wildcard favorites SUP, let's do this!

And we began with an upset, INF gave away a couple of opportunities but in the end, a couple of teamfights against G2 and their poor performance in macro play gifted the game to the LAN squad and his magnificent midlaner INF Cotopaco
G2 Wunder was HUGE this game, his Urgot pick carried that game, taking kill after kill he gave no chance to INF to come back from the gold lead hi got by himself, and I'll tell you something, THAT 2v1 DOUBLE KILL IN THE BOT LANE WAS INSANE.
This game was a close one, for two reasons, G2's awful early game and INF great performance, a thing is certain (death yeah, but I'm not talking about that) INF's early game is explosive, they took it away easy, unfortunately for them G2 Wunder got his way into Urgot again and you know what kind of desition is that...
A back and forth game for both teams, the good stuff came in the late game when INF took the driver seat from excellent team fights, but the heartbreak was around the corner when that lead became eager initiations and G2 took advantage of that winning their 3rd game and qualifying to the Groups stage

Game 1 was a total pleasure to watch if you're a SUP fan, excellent Draft synchronized macro game and amazingly coordinated teamfight dominated GRX team, in the end, the Turkish team stomped that game and told the world once again that wildcard team are no freebies, they even gifted us another PENTA
The first punch was from SUP but the second came from the side of GRX but it was some kind of late punch because the Turkish team dominated the game for most of its length, but with two inhibitors exposed GRX delivered winning a couple of crucial teamfights and achieving victory
Well, you can't spell STOMP without the S fromSUP, unfortunately, they got the receiving end of it, GRX played that game cleanly and won almost every fight, don't get me wrong SUP put up a good fight but in the end the difference in playstyle was obvious
This game was intense from the beginning, a snipe from GRX PK (Ornnographic material, ha, good one Riv) was what made us notice that, and that guy put the team in his shoulders, he was on point initiation after initiation and made his team the last one to qualify to the Groups stage

The main stage will begin on October 10 and will start with a double Round-Robin just like the Play-In stage and we will be a step closer to see who will be the 2018 League of Legends World Champion, SEE YOU THERE NERDS!
