Unexpected and unintended : Streets Of Rage 4

Without revealing a potential release date, the publisher Dot Emu recently illustrated it with the shattering announcement of a new episode, concerning a mythical saga that made its debut on the Megadrive : I mean of course Streets Of Rage. Although not much information is available on this subject, the joyful members of Guard Crush Games, in charge of the programming of this opus and who distinguished themselves with the parody Streets Of Fury, announce a gameplay content close to what the original series proposed, with nevertheless the addition of new and more modern mechanics. In other words, the title is awaited at the turn by the hardcore fans of this series. In the meantime, we'll take our time watching this simple teaser !

A second Half Life prototype discovered on Dreamcast !

While the third part looks more and more like a joke, a second prototype of this cult title has just been unearthed from a Dreamcast development kit. We owe this discovery to Laurent C, a member of the Dreamcast News forum who hastened to report the news as well as to make available to the public this brand new version of this cancelled title on the late Sega console. Dated April 20 2001, this version contains within it the multiplayer maps that were to be the subject of an add-on to the basic game. A beautiful discovery that says more about the genesis of this aborted project ! The return of R-type on Super Nintendo

Retro-bit was known for the manufacture of its controllers and accessories for old consoles, but less for its reissues of games now forgotten. On the occasion of Gamescom, the retro manufacturer announced the arrival of two titles on the Super Nintendo, both from the Irem catalogue. Called R-Type Returns, this unique cartridge will offer both Super R-Type and R-Type III: The Third Lightning. Printed at nearly 1000 copies, stocks are already out of print although the standard version is still available. For how much longer? No one knows that.
