RPG Book of the Week – 40

The book this week is another Savage Worlds setting, this time in 1935 New Orleans. Shady thugs, crooked cops, things that go bump in the night, and the heroes that oppose them.

This is Deadlands Noir.

This is a very pulp setting with rules for detective work, the state of the union, and the CSA in the depression era. Play as a detective, a grifter, an inventor, and others.

Monsters, like ghouls, are also included to provide something for the heroes to conflict with.

I have played a game using this setting and had a good time with it.
