Creating a new garden, step 1

Morning steemers,
We have just been assigned a new project at a clients house. We have taken care of the extensive gardens at this property for many years and it's time to build a new area....

the pool construction is underway and the area is starting to look like a nice blank canvas

The site is fully exposed, full sun and is in full view of the house. There will be various different gardens in the new area and the client is leaning towards a semi-formal type garden.
I have put forward my choice of turf to be used but not many plants have been selected yet. 😂

Many more trades need to finish before we can really get started but weed control and hedge tamming has commenced.
