Harvesting Herbs
Just cut lots of Oregano, Lemonbalm, Mint and Comfrey. They are growing so fast right now im cutting every four days. I wash in a bowl of filtered water with fresh lemon added. Shake dry and then either hang in small bundles or a drying rack as I have,mesh fabric stackable. Best in cooler dark location when drying plant material.

Spring is finally starting to green things up round here...
Weather wise. Been shots of sun, cool, cloudy and rain.
So far...Definitely not like we had leading to the California summer last year. :/

Yeah, it's been the most beautiful Spring I've ever seen here! Perfect perfect perfect, we've had dry dismal smoke seasons the last summers so perhaps our turn for the long straw....
I'm still planting ever planting to fight them caterpillars and thrips already!
Just finished prepping 100 gallon fabric brand spankin pots, moved to a new layout, gonna try the light dep thang this year.. new adventure...to be seen..
