So, we had an usually harsh winter and it took its toll one some of our plants. Especially the ones in pots. In situations like this, it is important to remember that they are called "plants." Perhaps this is because you should plant them rather than leaving them in pots. Hopefully you can learn from my mistakes.
Since some plants can die back when cold weather hits, it can be helpful to the plants if they are actually in the ground. Then the earth can insulate them and prevent all of the roots from freezing. In the pots though, there is far less protection. This is why potted plants should be moved indoors or buried in mulch to protect them, both of which I failed to do last fall.
Thankfully not every plant died. Also, at least I can propagate the living ones and make more to replace the dead ones. Still, that means more work... oh well. Anyway, learn from my mistakes and avoid making your own.

Okay. Atleast some survived and lesson taken. More safer for plants on the earth than pot. Pot planting i think should be for a shorter period.

Thank God not all of them were gone and the good thing is that you can still plant more although it would be stressful like you said and i'm sure this time you would plant the plants......lolz
also me gardening is my hobby..when i get time do it..
I am very hobby of planting crops, especially plants that I can use for traditional medicine, but I have a problem, I think it is not good, I really like to give organic fertilizer for my plants, so I try to produce organic fertilizer, the basic ingredients are dirt cattle that are good and a mixture of choice leaves and other natutal combined ingredients, but in my area they do not want to use organic fertilizers, they prefer fertilizer containing harmful chemical elements, you can imagine if the mustard you eat it contains chemical fertilizers , yes of course your life is not healthy to old is not it? that's the problem in my area
