Paranormal..... proof of or no proof of.

Paranormal events have been described over many years, it is part of popular folklore, an non scientific sources of knowledge. Many so called documentaries and publications over the years have captured the interest of the human population, and various groups belong to Paranormal investigations , claim to have sightings and or experiences.

What is Paranormal?...described as to be beyond normal experiences , without a scientific explanation.
(Paranormal differs from dark matter and or dark energy)!
There are two popular beliefs , including ghosts, extraterrestrial life, unidentified flying objects, physic abilities, extra sensory perceptions etc,

The belief in ghosts is a very general phenomena, It is the manifestation of the Spirit or Soul of a departed person. Some groups belief in the inclusion of the Soul of dead animals.
In the Egyptian Book of the dead, (ca 1550 BCE) it shows deceased people appearing as they did in life, wearing the same clothes. The universally common belief in ghosts has been persistent over the centuries.
The Extraterrestrial or UFOs is a different group of Paranormal believers... although it is said that extraterrestrial life is not really a Paranormal subject. We read of sightings, we see so called Secret files documented on television shows, experiences of abductions, and even photos of spacecrafts, and beings.
Scientists have been and are researching unicellular life within the solar system.
Studies are carried on the surface of Mars, Meteors that have fallen to Earth are closely examined.
SETI is conducting an astronomical research and searches for radio activity that would show evidence of intelligent life outside the solar system! there are so many theories and scientific ideas as to how life developed on Earth, with the possibility that life developed on other Planets as well.
Various theories and groups have different explanations for unexplained occurences, each merits serious studies, and they are called Ufologists.
Another group couples extraterrestrial visitations from quasi religious groups...some enthusiasts of the occult, amongst them a New Age Movement.
Both groups describe UFOs as having capabilities beyond what is considered possible according to aerodynamics and physical law.

Cryptids ..referring to an animal whose existence is not confirmed by science, or an extinct Specimen. (Cryptozoology ).
For centuries claims of cryptic sightings have been documented..for instance Big Foot,

None of the events really can endorse or substantiate scientific investigation!
For centuries new evidences surface claiming Paranormal sightings or experiences....but the final evidence and scientific endorsements are never conclusive.
Quite a number of fake or hoaxes have been doing the rounds, yet the followers of the Paranormal continue their quest, and their claims.
Whether science will eventually proof, or substantiate some or all of the Paranormal activities or beings is still in question and needs to be answered at some time or other. In the meantime it makes for speculation, entertainment, and sensation in the media !
