The vision and mission of Tamil Charity Foundation is to build an efficient and self sustaining charity organization. It is not going to depend solely on donations. As 1st step, we are planning to run daily givaways to build the seed funds. This giveaway will operate very much like "Minnows Helping Minnows" giveaway except for the profit payout after 7 days. The upvoters will get paid instantly based on their vote value. The profit after 7 days portion will be accumulated and paid out in our very own Smart Media Token(SMT) coins as soon as the steemit's SMT token function becomes available to steemit members to launch their own STMs.

How do you get paid.

The instant payout will be based on your vote value. In the case of minnows who's vote value is less than $ 0.00275 who upvote this post, I will carry over their credit to the next giveaway and I will transfer SBD 0.001 immediately as soon as their credit balance exceed $0.000275 value.
