The experience of the components is strong - the experience is a characteristic indicator, an inherent essence for the whole psyche, for all its components. While the persistent structures of the psyche, such as abilities, character, the experience has crystallized in the process of their formation and is now a relatively pale "companion", the experience, the motives and the other components mentioned in this group, the experience is extremely strong. This power comes from the active nature of this subsystem, from its close relationship to being, its "rawness" and wealth, its relation to ideology and biological in man;

Characteristics of the components in the direction of the individual: worldview and ideals, beliefs - the worldview is a system of views on nature, society and human thinking; the ideal is an image that guides the person in the present and determines the plan of self-education; Beliefs are a kind of formation between worldview and ideals. Through the beliefs, the person strives to realize the worldview and the ideals. Beliefs occupy a central place in the direction of personality - they stand on a high pedestal in the structure of direction in comparison to needs and interests. Beliefs are the strongest motive for satisfying a need. There are convictions in actions and decisions, doubts and hesitations give way, the mechanism of necessity proceeds in a straight line. Beliefs are capable of raising perceptions to a degree of worldview, to principles of action. Conviction is able to induce a genetic need and replace it with another that corresponds to them and their content.

With this function, beliefs come close to values, they play the role of values. Needs - the need is a subjective, conscious mental state that takes into account the lack or insufficiency of something necessary for the person or the body of man and incites him to act to achieve it. The characteristics of the needs are: - the needs are active and active, strong and sustainable, they incite man to action; - needs are characterized by a deep personal experience; - needs are in the middle of the chain: needs - needs - motives for action; - need becomes need when it is realized, need becomes an engine of behavior when it is motivated; - the need arises in a relatively complex mechanism of action. More concrete schemes of the necessity mechanism and its flow are given by K. Kinkadze. In their view, the mechanism of necessity is realized in the presence of a wide range of mental phenomena of cognitive, emotional and voluntary nature. The mechanism of need is a complete chain, and each loop of this chain is an active mental phenomenon, the first of which is the feeling of disturbed balance, followed by a focus of thoughts and ideas on this imbalance, a desire to satisfy demand. Types of Needs - Depending on the direction and the need, the needs are material and spiritual, inferior and higher.
