Psychology receives a social order to examine the psychological factors in personality formation, to intensify and to make the process of personality formation more qualitative, which we can call personalization here. The problem of personality is not new to psychology. It was set up by St. Freud at the end of the 19th century. Classical contributions to his production and interpretation have made several generations of prominent psychoanalysts, humanistic, personalistic, constructivist, active and other psychologists. The contributions of all these strands to the subject under discussion are indisputable. Personality is the affirmation of the individual as a cultural subject. Culture requires individuals and creates the conditions for them to occur often enough. Thus, the basic motives and mechanisms of personality formation and action arise and occur in cultural ecology.

This is the most general reason for the person. In particular, in the personally stimulating culture of the individual an individual contribution to the cultural heritage is expected in the form of life. A strong "press" causes the individual to conceive, realize and adequately present a set of achievements made by him. They are attributed to their personality. Individuals begin to act in accordance with cultural expectations and often perform this cultural program. Here was the most common cultural matrix, forming personalities. But the matrix includes different interpretations and views, conflicting interests, manipulation, and so on. Forming an individual as a person is not psychologically straightforward and guaranteed. Personality can be defined as follows: it is a psychological system to conceive, execute, and validate a certain life in front of a human community. The individual receives full personality when he receives recognition from the community. This view has serious implications for the study and evaluation of the personality.

Traditional methods for exploring the personality explore two generations of facts - related to the individuality and predictability of the individual in everyday life. In this way, personality is replaced by the individual characteristics and the social characteristic of the individual's manifestations. These are resources and limitations for the realization of the person, but they do not in themselves make the personality as a psychological reality. It is quite simple to say that the personality is initially a project by which the individual identifies himself, and then he invests purposeful efforts for his realization and public presentation. Personality is the most important life-forming entity of the subject psyche.
