The conditions of the learning activity are mainly found in the social socio-economic forms of organization and management of the learning process. In conclusion, we can summarize the following learning outcomes: - The adolescent learning activity is organized by specially authorized people in accordance with the state requirements in the relevant documents; - the ultimate outcome of the children's learning activities is the learning of the knowledge acquired by the previous generations; - the main form of activity in the educational activity is mental activity; - learning activity always takes place at a specific level of personal development.

Labor is the main activity of the person, aimed at creating socially important material and spiritual values. The analysis of work activity at different stages of human development indicates that labor is essential for the formation and development of the human person. One of the main tasks of education and training is to prepare the growing generation for active and responsible participation in public production. The most important form of work preparation is labor itself. Primary forms of work occur early in the game and meet the immediate requirements of everyday life. Labor activity creates multifaceted opportunities to use, consolidate and refine the results of previous learning activities. These opportunities should be used purposefully and further developed. The children's activities are one of the most important means of personalizing the personality.

Through the work, the children participate directly in the creation of material material and spiritual values ​​of society. The importance of work for the development of a child's personality lies in the following: children are involved in the most important sphere of people's lives; through labor, children change the structure of their mental activity; children learn about the social dimensions of their activities, develop their sense of solidarity and responsibility, and as a final result form the moral - the volitional traits of their character and others. A general tendency in the development of scientific and technological progress is the increase of the share of mental activity in the labor process.

Thorndek introduces the very concept of learning. The notion of learning in its broadest sense reflects the process of acquiring and preserving in the ontogenesis of man and animals the individual experience, improvement and transformation of innate forms of activity in accordance with the specific and changing environmental conditions.
