Living in Grace

It is not easy to practice grace when every message you hear is about the law. Isaiah 29 is a chapter that has really changed my mindset especially on understanding the word of God. IMG-20180502-WA0000.jpg

From Verse 11 of the chapter talks about a sealed book brought to a learned man to read and he said he cannot read it because it is sealed. The same book was taken to an illiterate to read and he said he cannot read at all because he is unlearned. This means that without revelation, not even the educated or uneducated can "read" the Word, because the Word is opened to those the Lord gives revelation to.

Grace is the Word that the world must hear; not the law. The law was given to show outward righteousness of man before God and no one could keep that standard or reach that height.

The refuge of the law is lamentation and death. There is no way you can live under the law and not die. Jesus lived under the law, fulfilled it and died to enact Grace, making the law obsolete.

The simple truth is that there is no law to fulfil because the Lord has fulfilled it. This means that you do not have to stay under the weight of the law that has already been fulfilled. If we can confess that we died in Christ, were buried and resurrected with Him, we can proudly confess that we have fulfilled the law in Him; and now we live, breathe and have our being in Him (Grace).

Grace is a sealed book to every man, educated or uneducated, widely read or scarcely read, young or old. Until we begin to study Grace with a simple heart and a teachable spirit, we will not be able to learn the truth and the will of God encapsulated and delivered in Grace.

It is a Grace Affair!
