Gratitude Day Challenge: Day 5.

Dear Diary,

This is the fifth day and the testimonies have been rolling in. Gratitude is really the way.

I love anything that has to do with being grateful. If there is one thing people know me for, apart from being "love's chemical content in human form" hahaha, it is gratitude. Every little thing matters to me. I see things differently and I love appreciating even the tiniest of gesture. Whatever comes to me, I am always grateful for it. Gratitude is the only way to go, and to grow.

An attitude of gratitude will turn you into a beatitude.

Only a grateful heart can appreciate little things. You don't have to wait for it to be huge before you thank God or people whom God has used for you, for it. Being grateful keeps you humble. It makes you remember where you are coming from, and also inspire you to greater heights, knowing there are still more things to achieve. Never burn the bridge behind you while crossing, because you might need it back.

Be grateful for everything you have received, only then can you have more. Gratitude creates room for more.

Today I am thankful for:

1. Life. It is a rare privilege to have life. Without life, there are no dreams, no ambition, no aspiration. This is the basis for everything. God, I am eternally indebted for life. Thank you Father.

2. For health. Only when we are down can we truly understand the importance of having a good health. I am thankful for my health and that of my loved ones. To God be the glory and may our health be perfected even over things we never even know, in Jesus name. Amen.

3. Gift of men. I have amazing people around me, always helping and being there for me. I am not taking this for granted. A man will remain the same in five years except for two things, the books he reads, and the company he keeps. I thank God for gifting me amazing people. I appreciate them all, and I thank God for them and their lives.

4. Service. One thing have I desired, and that is to be in the presence of God all the time. I am grateful to be of service in His house today. He said we shouldn't forsake the gathering of His people and I appreciate this. It is s huge privilege to be in His presence. I am grateful for that.

5. For wisdom. I don't know it all, but God gives me wisdom to handle things and on what to say and how to go about it and I am always justified, even if it seems I was on the part of being wrong. He makes me see farther and understand things better. Wisdom is from above indeed, not from abroad. God be praised.
