What if, President Trump is aware of a greater plan that would; in the future require the POTUS to have more power ?

Why is the national emergency so important?

THIS is why.

THIS is also why POTUS is irritating Congress to change the law allowing POTUS to declare national emergencies.
It was a law that delegated TOO MUCH POWER.
