Apple pie with blood oranges, ouzo, cinnamon and black sugar!

First cut 5 red apples in the shape of moon,

📌leave them in ouzo,

📌add cinnamon

📌and black sugar,

as you make the dough for the apple pie.

We need 6 eggs for the apple pie. Separate the egg yolks from egg whites and mix the egg yolks well with black sugar.

Then add the juice of 2 blood oranges

and their zest... 2 vanillas, a glass of milk, a glass of sunflower oil, 500gr of flour and baking powder... mix well and finally add the egg whites that have been hit and have become mashed. If necessary add a little more flour until it becomes a thick mixture. Put some oil in a round baking pan and put the mixture in. Place the apples cyclically as shown in the picture

Put the apple pie in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes!
