Beautiful landscape in southern Greece.
This is Elafonissos, a place with some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.
One side is called Simos beach, named after the famous beach bar and camping site that was there for many years.
The other side is called Sarakiniko, named after the fact that Saracen pirates used it as a base to raid!
It used to be open for free camping. But as it was getting more famous, free camping was banned.
Now there is strict regulation but still, it is one of the most visited places from tourists, both domestic and international.

I like that the beach is white sand...I've never liked beaches made of pebbles (mikres petres)

Ναι είχα πάει πρόσφατα δεν επιτρέπεται μόνο στο οργανωμένο....
Και το οργανωμένο είναι φανταστικό να ξέρεις... Έχω πάει πάρα πολλές φορές.... :)
