3 day Waterfastening.

Welcome to my day to day struggle with my weekly budged of 20 euro.
I try to cut my expences with today is my first day of the 3 day water fastening period. I almost made it....

Gooooooooooddddd now here is it I almost made it till the end. After I have eaten Iám still cold but it is 21 degrees in here so it shouldn't be cold I'll heat up the stove.
This morning I was on 102kg so it is a good way to fasten. It isn't about the 5,4kg weightloss it is about the flush your system way to go.
It wasn't a new experience for me because I lived longer on only water but I was just lying in bed. Now I was doing stuff but I saw my energy drop, so as of tomorrow I will pick up my daily routine again. The next time I wil be more prepaired for it.

Tonight it is fries again because I couldn't help myself I thought I must have food NOW!!! So I went to my freezer didn't even picked up some oliebollen just waited for the fries to finish in my airfryer.
I still have the second stake in the fridge I will freeze the stake so that I have something on christmasday.
It was a very heavy experience this time that water fastening Also with that cold I shouldn't be cold at 21 degrees. Well I will do this more often so that my body can clean itself. It is also a way to get 5kg off within 3 day's haha.

well this was it then I will do my steemmonster run and go watch a movie at the fire. Until tomorrow who knows what it will bring.
