Greenhouse 14-07-18 + HopLaaga
Lowered and cleaned the toms again. These things are growing too fast... Managed to crack my phone's camera, grrr, so there's some 'effects' in the pics.
We've got the first larger toms ripened.
Cuc is still looking ok. Had to remove quite a few of the older leaves as they were looking weird.
The little volunteer cucamelon that pretty much convinced me was dead has some fresh growth. Should rebound now.
Had to give up harvesting seeds from the bolted rocket and pak choy. They were too jungley and there were pests being attracted by their density. Aphids, bastards. I removed all of these plants.
The HopLaaga! This is one of Pinta's creations. Pinta are the first or pretty close to it when it comes to brewing Polish craft beer.
Lovely head, pretty cloudy for a lager but I like that.
It's a really nice beer. I wouldn't have probably caught it as a lager in a blind tasting to be honest. It's more like an IPA, nicely balanced, hoppy, fruity and really refreshing. Maybe a bit on the sweet side for me but that's just if I'm looking for faults. Nice!
Thanks guys!
