Team Gridcoin moves to #4 spot on BOINCStats!
This might not seem like much of an acheivement, but note, the top teams on BOINCStats earned most of their credits when there was an ASIC based project (Bitcoin Utopia) available.
Though team Gridcoin did have a few members with ASICs, most of our processing credits are from CPUs and GPUs, so this is a truly epic amount of science the team has completed!
Even though Gridcoins combined RAC is many times the top 4, as you see at current rates it will be over a year for the next overtake, so lets enjoy it for now.
Rest assured, I'll be watching for #3 spot!

Personally I prefer to take the stats without ASICS because Gridcoin's principles don't really align with the Bitcoin approach of rewarding its members (even though we have supported Bitcoin Utopia in the past as well).
Nevertheless, looking forward to your next update when we reach the number 3 position.
Yes I agree with you, but we have been #1 on the non-ASIC chart for quite a while, so nothing to really report from that perspective :)

we are double what the second place team is, with ~10x the crunching power (RAC) at the time of writing.
Its a great position for it may be it will grow more.
