Brycen’s first breakout after 12 year old.

Just after 2 days after Brycen’s birthday, he has his first breakout on his face. OMG!!! It looks so bad and I need him to start his face cleaning routine right away. Hope it won’t get worse and will recover soon. Any suggestions can let me know... thanks in advance.
