you are correct @haejin , this only your opinion,other people can get a decision for buy or sell.but those days ,all the expert talk about concurrency..Bitcoin is setting itself up for an interesting 2019, and there’s 2 main reasons why: increasing transaction speed and scalability, and institutional investors closing in on approval.This combination has the potential to launch the entire market into another bull run, although it will need time to gain traction.So i think that is the best time to get and hold the btc or other currencies.because if Bitcoin up,gradually other crypto currencies increase easily.As you said,this is not a my financial or investment advice.you should decide the your choice.this is my choice
