Star clock

Hello everyone! :)
I'm new here and I would like to share with you some beautiful handmade works.
In the picture you can see the "star clock", an entirely wooden and handmade work. It was a gift from my boyfriend for our 1st anniversary and it is, without any doubt, one of the best gift that I received from him :)))
The detailing is very careful: as you can see the star shape is very original, and romantic hearts are used instead of numbers. Each quarter is represented by big hearts, while smaller hearts correspond to the remaining hours. All these wooden hearts are individually made and colored, applied on the clock only at the end of the work. And finally in the back side of the clock there is the operating mechanism working with an AA battery.

Salve a tutti! Sono nuova e mi trovo qui perché vorrei condividere con voi alcuni lavori artigianali davvero speciali per me.
Quello che vedete in foto è l'orologio regalatomi dal mio fidanzato, realizzato in legno e creato interamente a mano. È curato e personalizzato nei minimi particolari: dalla forma a stella ai numeri, che,come potete notare, sono stati sostituiti con dei cuori romantici!, infatti nei quarti principali vi sono dei cuori più grandi e per le restanti ore dei cuori più piccoli. Anch'essi sono in legno, realizzati e colorati singolarmente e solo alla fine applicati sull'orologio. Nella parte posteriore è inserito il meccanismo funzionante con una singola pila di tipo AA.
Il mio ragazzo me lo ha regalato per il nostro primo anniversario, ed è stato uno tra i regali più belli ricevuti da lui :))) !!!

Pubblicherò ogni settimana un'opera/lavoro differente.
