Today i wanna share with you some valuable and beneficient informations About SMILE.

You think you know better about SMILE.
or You think there are not anything special About SMILE.

Today i will share with you how powerful, useful and Prominent SMILE is to our life.

Firstly What is SMILE. ???

SMILE is a form of a pleased, kind or amused facial expression, with the corners of the mouth turned up and the front teeth exposed. Just like it's shown on the above picture of mine.

Why SMILING is important in Our Life ???

Scientifically SMILING lift a bad mood, Smiling on a purpose helps ones to feel better.

The simple act of putting a Smile on your face can lead you to feel actual happiness, Amusement and Joy.

*Smiling on a purpose also changes brain chemistry, As the feel-good neurotransmitters-dopamine, serotomin and endorphins are all release when a smile flashes accross one's face as well.

Smiling not only relaxes your body, but it also lower your blood pressure and heart rate.

Aside from all these healthy benefit we gained from Smiling .

Smiling makes you seem Friendly, Approachable, look more attractive, less stressed and feel happier.

A genuine Smile can make you Likable, intelligent and even trustworthy.

Smile is a beautiful expression and it's also a sign of confident in some cases.

Are You thinking of the perfect time to smile and who to smile at ???

Anyway it's a very good and beautiful line to have the habit of smiling .

. Smile the moment you wake up.
. Tell yourself in the morning that you are going to smile more today.
.Set a reminders to smile, might be your phone watch or even a calendar.

Thou naturally smiling comes easily to some people, People like Me, yes Me 'cause i can't count the number of times i do smile in just An hour not to talk of a whole day, if i would not exaggerate maybe like hundreds times in a day.

While some other people usually have more serious expressions or feel awkward about smiling .

In case you are one of those and who will like to learn how to smile more.

I think you caught it right to be here 'cause i will love to share with you some guidance and advice which will makes you found yourself worriedless type and more happier in life just like me.

Here are some guidances for you to found the habit of Smiling in you.

  1. Practise smiling in front of a mirror.

you want to be really good at something, you need to practice, right? Well, smiling is no different. If you're not a person who smiles a lot naturally, you will need to get used to what smiling feels like and learn how to replicate that feeling more naturally.
Practice by smiling when no one else is around, in the bathroom, in bed, in your car. That way, you will feel less self-conscious.

  1. Think of a Happy event or Someone you love especially when you are in idle hours.

It's no secret that being happy makes you smile , So why not take advantage of that fact? If you find yourself in a situation where you know you'll have to smile and you want it to look natural, take a moment to conjure a happy memory or the face of a person you love.

  1. Do observe people that always smile

Everybody knows at least one person to whom smiling it the easiest, most natural thing in the world.
Someone who'll smile at the drop of a hat, at everyone and everything.
Chances are this person is well-liked, and is known for being approachable and trustworthy. Such are the powers of a great smile .
Take some time to interact with this person, one-on-one, in a sociable setting and observe how and when they smile .

  1. Role with a funny or cheerful partner.

In situations like this, it can be helpful to have a partner who's willing to help you achieve your goal of smiling more often. It could be a romantic partner, your best friend or a work buddy, it doesn't matter as long as it's someone you can rely on, who has a good sense of humor. All they need to do is give you a little nudge in situations where you forget to smile . That nudge is your queue to break into a luminous grin.

  1. Choose some smile trigger

Kind of like the smile buddy from the previous step, a smile trigger is something that will remind you to smile whenever you see or hear it.
It could be a certain common word or phrase, like "please" or "thank you", it could be a little sticky note on the screen of your PC or it could be the sound of a phone ringing or someone laughing. For me "i love you", "you are beautiful" are the words i always put a smile to when someone say it to me.

  1. Smile at everyone you see or meet, Even if it's a Stranger.
    Below is the shot i took with one of my Sister's Customer, i actually use a smile to proposes a friendship to her and we are now a very good friend now as she is also a lovely girl.
    This is how Amazing smile is.

You've probably heard it said that smiling is contagious.
That when you smile at a person, they can't help but smile back.
Put that theory to the test and make the effort to smile at a complete stranger at least once a day, whether it's someone on the street, someone at work or school or someone sitting beside you in traffic.
Imagine that one friendly gesture setting off a chain reaction that causes your smile to go viral, Pretty good feeling thou.

  1. Work on your facial muscles.

Loosening up your facial muscles by doing exercises involving flexing and relaxing may help your face to fall more naturally into a smile , making it feel less odd.
One exercise which works the same muscles involved in smiling by "Take a pencil and place it between your lips, Open your mouth and let the pencil roll back between your teeth, as far as it will go, Bite down on the pencil to hold it in place and hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat once a day.

  1. Do fake A smile until it becomes real.

Smiling more often will no doubt feel strange at first, it will probably feel unnatural and fake, But don't give up, Other people won't even notice the difference and the more often you do it, the more natural it will feel and look.
Smiling is a habit, so if you repeat it often enough, you'll smile without even thinking, Which i think will ultimately help you achieve what you want.
