Harbour Photo Contest - 3 Shots

here is the description for this weeks contest> So this week we will stick with another outdoor theme and, except that it will have to be closer to the water i.e. the Harbor or yacht club. I would like to see photos of anything associated with harbors, yacht clubs and/or docks. There are many things like boats, yachts, seagulls, walkways, rope, rusty old chains etc. Use your imagination and let's see what you can come you with. Even if you don’t live close to water there are still things you can take photos of that are associated in some way. I will leave up to your imagination!

Starting with a Clearly Harbour related shot of the Lisman Landing Marina right by downtown Milford Ct, no Boats are docked there at the moment but over the Summer months you get some real nice water craft mooring here and enjoying all Milford has to offer.

For my second photo in this entry I am showing some Turtles basking in the sun on a beautiful sunny day.

And finishing off with this shot of a couple of people out enjoying a Kayak ride on the water, they probably put their Kayaks in the Water at the slip near one of the Docks here in Milford

That's a very beautiful marina. Love the trees around it. Normally you do not see that around a harbor area like that. Nice !
Thanks for the visit, the Marina at that spot is truly beautiful and right downtown so easy to walk to many restaurants and bars
