This first picture was at I started to cook it to give you an idea of how big it was.
This is the moana kali that I caught and this is how we cooked it. We spread mayo all over the fish including the cavity then sprinkled salt and pepper and added some chopped onions and chorizo. The trick is to cut enough onions and chorizo for everyone to have with the fish. We usually bake the fish using this style but we decided to steam it. It took about 30 minutes because it was a thick fish. It came out great!
